LEAD TIMES
Lead times vary by manufacturer. Many products are stocked and ready to ship. Each product will have its estimated delivery date shown on the product page. Due dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Talis Hardware does not have control over manufacturer delays. We will contact you in the event that your order will be arriving later than expected.
All quoted transit times are in business days. Transit times do not include manufacturer and warehouse processing times, and only reference the time your order will take to reach you once it has been shipped. LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any damage or problems must be reported to us within 48 hours. Please save the box and all included packaging in case a pickup or inspection is needed.
BACKORDERS
If a product is out of stock, we will reach out to you with three options to choose from. You may wait for the product and have it shipped to you once available, select a different product, or cancel the order.
